-Sunday to Wednesday (€45) per person

-Thursday (€50) per person

-Friday (€55) per person

-Sorbet course available at an additional €4 per person

-10% Service charge applies

-Food & wine tasting to be scheduled 6 weeks before the big day with choices to be discussed at a later date

 


Appetisers

-Confit duck salad, poached vanilla pear, rocket, walnut dressing

-Wrights Oak smoked salmon, baby beet salad split beetroot dressing

-Citrus potted crab with Lobster, carrot and fennel salad

-Beef carpaccio, with oven-dried tomato, parmesan shavings and rocket

-Clonakilty black pudding, carmelised apple, pickled red onion

-Duck liver and foie gras parfait, pear chutney, toasted brioche

Main courses

-Beef fillet with spring onion mash, baby veg bouquet, and red wine jus

-French trimmed rack of lamb, pomme Anna, aubergine puree, and port jus

-Pan-Fried breast of chicken, pomme puree, roast parsnip, smoked bacon and tarragon jus

-Seared organic salmon, basil pomme puree, mixed bean & oven dried tomato salsa

-Wild Mushroom Tart, spinach, thyme and caramelised onion

-Roast pumpkin risotto, sage and parmesan cheese

-Roast Monkfish wrapped in Parma ham, celeriac gratin, and chive beurre blanc

-Crisp belly of pork, roast butternut squash, stick star anise jus
