We would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at The Angler’s Rest for hosting our amazing wedding reception. We were blessed with good weather, good company and thanks to you guys good food too! So many of our guests commented on how fabulous the upstairs function area, the location and the food was at our wedding. We honestly cannot thank you all enough for such a well organised, easy-going and relaxed wedding reception. Antoinette Patton 15th August 2016 ‘We were married on August 15th 2016 and had our reception at Angler’s Rest. We were so impressed by the level of care we received from the very first meeting with the venue’s wedding coordinator Noeleen right up until the day itself. Noleen helped us to plan a very personal day for ourselves and our family. The food was exceptional and our guests from both home and abroad could not compliment the waitstaff and the bar staff enough. The venue was simply beautiful on the day, decorated with flowers which matched our theme. Many of our guests from both Ireland and overseas told us it was one of the best wedding celebrations they had ever attended. We would strongly recommend Angler’s Rest to couples who are looking for a warm, personal wedding reception venue and a stress-free wedding day!

Thanks for everything, the wedding day went so smoothly, the staff in the anglers were extremely helpful. All the guests commented on how lovely the food was and service was very efficient. The venue looked amazing, the layout of the room & the cake was exactly how we had asked Noeleen. I would definitely recommend the anglers as a wedding venue to anyone.Thanks for everything.

Where do we start? Thank you so much for creating the most magical day for us. It really was the best day of our lives. Noeleen, you were brilliant and so helpful from the first time we met you. The food was out of this world as always. Everytime we go there we are always greeted by the most friendly and helpful of staff and last Thursday and Friday was no different. Everything was perfect and it was down to you and your team! Thank you so so much again.

We have just got back from our holidays, just a quick thank you for making our day so special on the 4th July, the room was decorated so beautifully, the food was fabulous and the service was second to none, the attention we all got from yourself and Josh was exceptional, everybody who attended had nothing but praise and all the guests had a great day. We will send a thank you card to you in due course but just to touch base and thank you personally. We will definitely visit the Anglers Rest in the future and I will write a review on trip advisor today, again thanks so much from myself, Cathriona and the the two girls.

We had the best day ever! We had our ceremony and the wedding meal and dancing after at the Anglers rest. the Venue is absolutely fabulous.Our wedding coordinator Alison was amazing, so helpful. everything was organised at the day so we had nothing to worry about.
